FOUNDER & DEVELOPER

Paul graduated St. Clair College with an associates degree in 1983. Growing up in Windsor, ON, Canada, Paul worked in every part of construction. He gained knowledge and experience through building residential homes.

In 1983, Paul moved to Florida and began to work in Hotel construction and development. Paul established Simone Development & Management in 1989. Today, Paul has developed and built several commercial properties in the Tampa Bay area and is a well known and respected developer and operator in the Bay area.

VP OF REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT

Eric graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Eric grew up in hospitality, working in the industry since the age of 15.

Eric has his Class A General Contractors License and assists Paul with all construction and development. Prior to joining Simone Development, Eric gained extensive expertise selling Commercial Real Estate for Marcus & Millichap and CBRE.

VP OF OPERATIONS, SALES & REVENUE STRATEGY

Anita grew up in hospitality and began helping her parents Gus and Marian Menna at a very young age.

Anita established Simone Development & Management with Paul in 1989.

VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES & OPERATIONS

Krista has spent most of her career in management and Human Resources. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, organizational development, employee relations.

Krista graduated from the University of Windsor with a bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies and has a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management.
